The city has a noise ordinance, and quiet hours are from 10p-8am. **NOTE** This home is attached to a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment and both units are listed on Airbnb and can be rented at the same time. There is a heavy & large door in the laundry room that is securely locked on both sides so when being dually rented neither guests can unlock from either side to access the other space. Both have separate front doors on opposite sides of the home and have been designed to both be very private and secluded. This unit has access to the fenced in backyard plus hot tub, the apartment has its own fenced in seating area on their side of the house. C'était une excellente option pour notre grande famille et nos chiens. Le bar à café était fabuleux ! La maison se trouve sur une route assez fréquentée, mais elle semblait privée, surtout grâce au joli jardin clos à l'arrière et au foyer extérieur. This was a great option for our large family and dogs. The coffee bar was fabulous! The house is on a somewhat busy road, but it felt private especially with the nice enclosed back yard and fire pit.

Nous avons absolument adoré cet endroit. C'était magnifique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous avons voyagé avec nos deux chiens et nos trois enfants. Ils avaient tout ce dont nous avions besoin (des assiettes et des gobelets pour enfants, ce qui était un super bonus), ainsi que des jeux et des jouets pour les petits. Il y avait des caisses et un lit pour chien, et même un panier rempli de jouets pour chiens que nos chiens ont adoré essayer un par un. Je recommande vivement cet endroit : il était proche, pratique et, honnêtement, on s'y sentait comme chez soi. Absolutely loved this place. It was wonderful inside and out. We traveled with our two dogs and 3 kids. They had everything we needed ( kids plates and cups which was awesome bonus) they had games and toys for the kiddos. They have dog crates and a dog bed oh and a basket full of dog toys that our dogs enjoyed trying every one out. I would highly recommend this place it was close and convenient and honestly felt like home.

La maison est vraiment très belle et accueillante. J'ai adoré le niveau de détail dans la décoration de chacune des chambres. Chaque chambre, salle de bain et espace comme la cuisine ou la salle de jeux est super joli et pensé pour que les hôtes en profitent. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine très belle et bien équipée. Elle a tout ce que l'on trouve dans sa propre maison, et c'est merveilleux lorsqu'on séjourne ailleurs. L'espace pour les animaux de compagnie est adorable et Queen et Titan en ont beaucoup profité. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et propre. Quelque chose que j'ai trouvé fantastique, c'est que dans les tiroirs et placards de la cuisine, il y a des étiquettes décrivant ce qu'il y a dans chacun, tout est très facile à trouver. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Mille mercis à Laura et Jason de nous avoir permis de passer quelques jours incroyables dans leur maison. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt. La casa es realmente muy bonita y acogedora. Me encantó el nivel de detalle en la decoracion de cada una de las habitaciones. Cada habitacion, baño y espacio como la cocina o el area para jugar está super linda y pensada para hacer que los huespedes disfruten. La cocina nos pareció muy bonita y equipada. Tiene todo lo que una persona tiene en su propia casa y eso es maravilloso cuando se está en una casa ajena. El espacio para las mascotas es adorable y Queen y Titan lo disfrutaron mucho. El jardin está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Algo que me pareció fantastico fue que en los cajones y alacenas de la cocina hay etiquetas con la descripcion de que hay en cada una, todo es muy fácil de encontrar. La casa estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Mil gracias Laura y Jason por permitirnos pasar unos dias increibles en su casa. Esperamos poder volver muy pronto.

C'était une excellente trouvaille ! La maison offre un bon équilibre entre espaces privés et partagés. Nous avons également apprécié la cour arrière clôturée qui donnait une impression d'isolement, même avec des voisins de chaque côté. Nous avons utilisé le foyer à quelques reprises et, même si nous n'avons pas profité du jacuzzi, c'était un autre bel atout à avoir à disposition. La maison est bien entretenue et était très propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine était très bien équipée, avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin pendant le séjour. Il y avait aussi un joli coin café/thé avec plusieurs options de café en grains entiers et des sachets de thé. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et les lits très confortables, avec une literie de qualité et des oreillers merveilleux (!!). L'emplacement était parfait pour notre voyage ! Nous avons fait plusieurs excursions à la journée (Charlevoix, Traverse City, Mackinac Island), toutes à moins d'une heure. Laura a été très proactive dans ses communications et nous a fourni d'excellentes informations sur les activités locales, les restaurants, etc. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour – je recommande vivement ! This was a great find! The home has a good balance of personal and shared space. We also appreciated the fenced backyard that provided a feeling of seclusion even with neighbors on both sides. We used the fire pit a couple of times and while we didn't use the hot-tub, this was another nice ammenity to have available. The home is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you could imagine needing during your stay. There was also a nice coffee/tea bar with a number of whole bean coffee options and tea bags. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and wonderful (!!) pillows. The location was perfect for our trip! We made a number of day trips (Charlevoix, Traverse City, Mackinac Island) that all were within an hour. Laura was very proactive with her communications and provided some great information on local activities, restaurants, etc. Overall, a great stay - highly recommend!

Vaisselle spéciale, livres et jouets pour les enfants, et si vous venez avec votre chien, attendez-vous à un traitement royal grâce aux équipements fournis !! La décoration était magnifiquement réalisée, cette maison est un véritable paradis pour les vacanciers, proche de tant de trésors du nord du Michigan ! Laura was an amazing host!! In her home she has thought of everything from fresh Starbucks coffee beans and all the coffee fixings to start your day and a relaxing hot tub to end your day! Special dishes, books and toys for children and if you are bringing your dog expect the royal treatment with the amenities provided!! The decor was beautifully done, this home is a vacationer’s paradise, close to so many northern Michigan gems!
