This was our first AirBNB experience and it did not disappoint. We were in the Petoskey area for a weekend soccer tournament but wanted something with a little more space and privacy and this was perfect. Our kids were able to lounge and relax between soccer games with some much needed hot tub time. The location is quiet, secluded, and perfect for a little getaway. We stayed a couple days after the tournament concluded and were able to enjoy some of the recommendation that Laura gave us in the area - Walloon Lake, Boyne City, and Charlevoix just to name a few. Laura was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and her place was a perfect retreat for our family of 4! We will definitely be looking to come back up in the near future!!

Our group stayed here for a work trip and it ended up being the perfect place for our team. We originally booked it because of the size of the home and how many people it could accommodate but when we arrived, we were surprised by how spacious it really was. Everyone had their own sleeping space which made the stay comfortable for our entire group. The home itself is bright, fun, and full of bold colors that make you feel very cheerful. We especially love the coffee bar and all the thoughtful touches and amenity the host provided throughout the house. After long work days we spent a lot of time relaxing outside on the backyard deck and the hot tub was a huge bonus one evening. One of our favorite parts of the day was being able to walk downtown from the house each evening for dinner and enjoy the charm and small town feel of Fennville. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for both gathering together and spreading out when needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved staying at Fennvilla. Honestly, this place is worthy of 10 stars! From the moment we arrived, we could tell so much thought and care went into every detail of the home. The colorful design and fun pops of colors throughout the house made it feel warm, cheerful, and unlike any rental we’ve stayed in before. The home was incredibly spacious, spotless, and fully stocked. We truly wanted for nothing during your stay because everything had already been thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen, coffee, bar, games, Hot Tub, fire pit, and multiple gathering spaces made it perfect for our family getaway. The kids also really enjoyed having their own downstairs space to hang out and play while the adults relaxed upstairs and outside. We loved being able to walk into downtown Fennville to explore the local shops and restaurants as well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Laura’s home was absolutely immaculate, with every room spotless and full of thoughtful touches, making it one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Traveling with a toddler was so much easier thanks to the family-friendly details—there were toys for our child as well as toddler-friendly plates and spoons. Overall, my first visit to the Upper Michigan area was truly enhanced by the comfort and warmth of Laura’s home, and the attention to detail made the entire stay a perfect 5-star experience. The house was clean, easy to access and as described. We were traveling with our adult children and it was nice for our daugter and son in law to be able to have there own space in the inlaw suite. The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens. Only downside was noise. If you are in the downstairs bedrooms you will hear every step upstairs plus street noise. Laura does provide disposable ear plugs, but it is something to consider if your party has light sleepers that aren't on the same schedule as the rest of you group.

This home is absolutely beautiful, the hot tub & fire pit were amazing amenities that were exactly what we looked for. Super clear instructions for check in and check out, which were easy to follow and helpful. We weren’t from the area, so the recommendations for restaurants and things to do were VERY appreciated! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we appreciated all the well-stocked kitchen cupboards. Very likely that we’ll be back, either here or with Laura’s other rentals! 10/10 stay, would give it six stars if I could!

This was such a nice quaint little place to stay for my daughter‘s bachelorette weekend with nine girls. It was very clean and well kept. The beds were amazing! I appreciated that she was very responsive it and let us in a few hours early to decorate. She had everything that you could need and everything was labeled to a T. The coffee bar was definitely a hit! The only thing that was needed was more toilet paper. There were only two rolls in each bathroom it was not enough for nine girls.

Our stay at Laura's was great. It was the perfect family getaway, close enough to a lot of great site seeing locations and activities. Would come back again. Laura was very responsive and thought of everything for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained AirBnB! We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, the peaceful neighborhood, and the opportunity to bring our pups along for the trip. Jason and Laura were wonderful hosts and very responsive and helpful throughout the trip!
